Note re app: Sometimes when we change the schedule (as we did recently when the summer schedule was extended past Labour Day) it causes is a conflict between the database and a users phone and the app crashes or doesn’t show any ferry times. We are working to fix this but in the meantime, the easiest solution is to either restart your device and see if that works, or delete the app from your phone and reinstall from the App Store.
